Below are the steps to return a product:

  1. Please email [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging.
  3. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing slip with the product. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  5. For your protection, we recommend that you use SingPost for your return.
  6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Shipping costs & transaction fees incurred on your purchase & return will not be refunded.
  8. A restocking fee of 5% (inclusive of transaction fees) will be deducted from the total order value.
  9. All pre-order items are not eligible for refunds.
